include=all is not showing the views in the ontology endpoints

Going to http://data.agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/E-PHY (without the include=all parameter) gives the following

The issue

We see that with the include: all, the views property is no more displayed, causing the following issues

• Problem to edit/update "main" ontology submission when a view is created agroportal/project-management#269
