@prasadsriramps As for the CI failure, we need to fix the CI pipeline to support PR opened from the forked repo. I'll take a look at this hopefully within this week. Sorry for the delay. |

Description:
This change has a patch file for usonic that will enable users to configure PortChannel as static (load balancing) or dynamic (LACP). Modifications were added based on the previous SONiC community HLD - sonic-net/SONiC#1039.
