他の出力プラグインを選んでいると設定が飛ぶ #10

AviUtl はプロジェクトファイルごとに一つの出力プラグインの設定しか保持できないため、
RAM プレビューが出力プラグインとして動作することにより、既存の設定を上書きしてしまう

AviUtl.exe の 0x00415260 周辺で出力プラグインの書き出し処理が動き出すようなので、
このあたりで設定が上書きされる箇所を見つけて一時的に 'nop' などで潰すようにする
