The end of a long journey!
This will allow the FTR add-on to build and run again now that POST support has been merged within xbmc.
It does not implement full support for the new api functionality yet, I hope that will follow shortly.
Notice that 0e8e2cd is only required as long as issue #62 has not been resolved.
