[fix] summarizer debug logger

Motivation

I noticed the Summarizer was unable to properly log debug information. After checking the source code, it looks like there may be a bug.

Modification

Just one line needs changing. Modifying self.debug to self.logger.debug in file opencompass/utils/summarizer.py will allow the logger to output the logs correctly.
