安装hugo

修改leaderboard

1. 更改data/exp_data.json
2. 运行hugo server本地查看效果
3. 运行hugo生成静态文件
4. 运行git add .添加修改
5. 运行git commit -m 'xxxx'保存修改
6. 运行git push origin master将代码提交到远程仓库
7. 运行sh action.sh将更新的网页推送到gh-pages分支，等待部署，大约1分钟后可在https://open-event-hub.github.io/eqe/title2eventphrase/查看效果
