Currently when you follow the guide at step 15 you will not be able to select "dummyJSON" from the service list, because the user was never instructed to create this service.

The prerequisite does mention the service, but if you are at this point in the documentation we cannot assume the mentioning of the service is enough for the user to (know how to) add this service
