It seems like v2 choco is about to rollout, we've had a few containers that have used it and our deprecated syntax fails.
Additionally, their new command doesn't seem to work on the old 1.4.0 (either that, or it has to do with the nupkg syntax). Either way, this should fix the flaky-ness.
I also wrapped the
SimpleBreakpoint
test in a try-catch, hopefully that will also get rid of the intermittent failures there.
