Also removes unused macros and useless comments

* proxy: format modified for properties-related routes
* asn1c: dropped a lot of useless messages dedicated to properties
variants. From 5 methods, just one remains (JSON).
* unused code removed

... when creating entities, setting properties, getting them. ... whatever the entity (user, container, content) the format is the same at the proxy level and at the backend service level.
