Server version is 1.2.0 vs. Client version 1.2.2.0. Both should match while ingesting externally

First of all, I am having problems to access my postgreSQL database that is not located in the same server as open metadata is thus another server; I am using docker container. I get this error:

Failed to deploy pipeline [test-connection-Postgres-Zyu2SjVr] due to [HTTP/1.1 header parser received no bytes].

I am trying to add a service through http://localhost:8585/databaseServices/add-service. I can access this database using other clients.

2. Instead, I am trying ingesting via python after installing (pip install openmetadata-ingestion) but I keep getting this error:
   Server version is 1.2.0 vs. Client version 1.2.2.0. Both should match

Any ideas?

I would prefer to use the first method but any one that works would be fine.
