Describe the bug

When I extracting rgb frames using tools/data/sthv2/extract_rgb_frames_opencv.sh, opencv resize error happened.

From the error trackback, it may be caused by mmcv.

Reproduction

  1. What command or script did you run?

sh extract_rgb_frames_opencv.sh in tools/data/sthv2

  1. Did you make any modifications on the code or config? Did you understand what you have modified?
    --> No

  2. What dataset did you use?
    --> sthv2
