Description of contribution

Reason for change:
We need to improve our label studio for our classification training. So we need to do:

add mmpretrain docker (https://coda.io/d/Object-Recognition_dc9JA2PQkg2/MMPretrain-Classification_suf_D#_lupJQ)
update import+export (annotations format)
split images for train
train with new docker
send reqults to ui (logs, metrics)
add queue support (may be separate issue)
update docs for Volodymyr
add support for model export (download)
add support for zip predictions (ML tab)
