Updated file ddimm_get_efd.C to be in sync with file ddimm_get_efd.xml

The FAPI error xml file ddimm_get_efd.xml has been updated.  Changes
to this file are added to keep in sync with those changes. Also
tweaked some of the callouts and added some more FFDC.
