Current behavior

Currently, since we don't have the data to populate the "Reviewed PRs, Created Issues, Commented" bars we are displaying them grayed out, wich makes it a bit confusing.

Suggested solution

It'd be ideal to display a small tooltip when the user hovers on top of the grayed out labels, to communicate to the user that the data is coming soon.
