Describe the bug

I selected the top 100 Repos filter on an insight page that contained less than 100 repos. The report generated one line of characters and nothing else.

I'm not sure if this is because I have fewer than 100 repos or because that filter doesn't work.

My suggestion would be to remove that option, as I don't think many or any user would have more than 100 repos in one Insight page.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to an insight page on a paid account.
  2. Click reports
  3. select Top 100 Repos
  4. Generate CSV
  5. Click CSV
