feat: Shareable StarSearch prompts

As a user of StarSearch, I want to have the option to share prompts I create so that I can showcase some of my StarSearch results or so that others can use my prompts for their own purposes.

There is no design for this at the moment. I've created a proof of concept in #3324. This is a stretch goal but doable.

I think there's the possibility of the querystring being too big causing issues on Twitter in terms of length, so we could either hash the querystring, or leverage the dub.co API @brandonroberts. We'd get the benefit of a smaller URL and analytics.

I'd love to see us reuse elements from other places.

Gemini uses a share icon.

OpenSauced Highlights already have a share experience with the 3 dots.

I'd love to avoid adding more design debt with whatever solution we approach.

We shouldn't have to do anything extra to shorten URLs with our API that uses Dub underneath. Any *.opensauced.pizza URL can be shortened with it.
