Package won't install on npm version 7

Cannot run npm install on npm version 7. There need to be some dependency updates to handle this.

We've just pushed a new version of Swell that should allow for a clean 'npm install' on version >7.0.0. Almost all dependencies were updated so no --force or --legacy-peer-deps should be required.
