Some of them have been disabled due to incompatibilities and have not been added back yet. It's being tracked via #42. |

Picking up open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#3331, this adds adds ARM architectures to goreleaser
dockersand includes them in the Docker manifest.It adds duplication to
docker.template.yamlthat could be resolved with moreyq, but I didn’t want to YOLO-rewrite the YAML merge process that’s already present.
