[chore] - show TypeScript for frontend in arch diagrams #625

Uses TypeScript as the language type for the frontend service in the architecture diagram. Though this compiles to JavaScript, the OpenTelemetry docs do split this out, and it's good to call this out as an example in the demo as well.

this also reorders the languages graph in alpha order
