This is the code that illustrates the problem.
TL;DR: Is there a way to automatically end span after the last method to run in a context finishes?
In Example 3 and 4,
promise[1]
event is not added to the span before it ends. Also, on checking ifspan
is undefined in the promises, we find that it's not which means that the promise code has access to the context.Is there a way to write the code such that the last method to run in a context ends the
span
