Exemplars themselves are still experimental, so I don't think we should mark these as stable yet.

From a quick look, Python does not seem to have implemented Exemplars at all. |

I will try to make a PR to make it visible that this is experimental. |

OTEL_METRICS_EXEMPLAR_FILTERis pretty stable. Java, Python, PHP are already implementing it.Nothing is explicitly marked as
Experimental.
