@cartermp et al. -- in terms of how the post filenames are suffixed (with -01, -02): originally the numbering was meant to match the month, since these are expected to be monthly posts. Should we make that consistent here too, or is numbering sequentially during the year good enough (as it is now in the PR)? Oops, never mind: I just saw that the first Q&A was in January (01); the second was kinda almost in February :) ... so the page name suffixes are fine!
