Travis-CI and CodeCov

Could you give me permission to add this repository to Travis-CI (and, if you want, CodeCov)? That way I can set up tests etc. I realise it's massively overkill for something that only does one thing, but presumably if we set it up now then we start off on the right foot. I want to add that I don't mind if I don't have permission to do this, just so long as the link/badge on the README.md file works.

Pinging @jhpoelen and @rachaelgallagher as I think you either can do this or know who might be able to set this up.
