Based on the documentation and implementation here https://github.com/open-wc/open-wc/blob/master/packages/chai-a11y-axe/src/accessible.js#L96, shouldn't the typescript definition here https://github.com/open-wc/open-wc/blob/master/packages/chai-a11y-axe/chai-a11y-axe-plugin.d.ts#L5 return a PromisedAssertion?
