Approve button in recurring account and saving account

Summary:

On pressing approve button in the recurring account it opens another page for approving it and after successfully approving it, again the approve button is there on clicking it again the confirm page reopens. Similar in the savings account.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any client detail> click on any recurring account > press approve button> press save button

Expected behaviour:

Once approving the account it should not ask for approving it again.

Observed behaviour:
