Markdown currently supports TEXT TEXT.
Bold identifier for JIRA is just TEXT.

This means that TEXT is actually displayed as bold but it's prefixed and post-fixed with additional star. __ is currently unsupported.

This is a request to make sure that we support both. Which means to replace both__ and ** with *.
