Issue Description

The start order of the OBS services in the documentation does not match the order in which the services are being started in the setup-appliance.sh script.

The documentation is missing the obssignd and obsservicedispatch services that are included in the setup-appliance.sh script.

Expected Result

My guess is that the differences are negligible, but nevertheless it should not hurt to align documentation and the script.
