Broken link to reportable from report show page

Issue Description

In the new report show page, we have a link to the reportable element (comment, package, project or request).
The link is not correct as the host parameter is blank.

Expected Result

The link goes to the reportable element correctly.

How to Reproduce

1. Go to 'http://localhost:3000/reports/11' (or any existing report id)
2. Click on the link to the reported element, i.e. apache2
3. See error
