Grouping on the SUSE Studio Express page

Description

I think the former SUSE Studio UI* was a bit better than what we have on
https://build.opensuse.org/image_templates. The existing page is kind of a really simple list of all the template available. Thus the UI doesn't emphasis on any template or template version.

Enhancements

My idea is to order the page with:

• Groups,
  We have openSUSE, SLE and others templates. We could make these "groups" more visible.
  This way a user looking for openSUSE template will spot the entire openSUSE template groups within (milli?)seconds but will also be able to identify that SLE templates are presents and could be interesting.

• Emphasis on latest template version of a given group,
  A "UI frame" could emphasis on the latest openSUSE and SLE template for instance.
  As of today, Leap 15.1, Tumbleweed and SLE 15.1, could be a the top of their respective groups but also with a different background color. Again a user could identify the most recent supported version within (milli?) seconds.
  At the moment, "old version" like openSUSE 42.3 and Leap 15.0 are at the top and will be first seen by the user.
