- added %{obs_backend_dir} macro
- added obs-backend-testsuite rpm
- changed deprecated git:// url in test cases to https://
- added perl include path "/usr/lib/build" in "src/backend/Makefile"
- fixed expected path in "0015-BSSched-EventSource-Directory.t"
