Open Build Service 1.7.0

Just a small notice here ... 1.7 final got released !

Thanks a ton to everybody who helped to get this code !

I personally have the feeling that 1.7 is much more mature
and that we are on a good way to make a really complete
product out of it with 2.0 release.

Have a beer on OBS 1.7 this evening !
