This PR is to illustrate the idea of bsc#1193059.

Small files with few or just one modprobe.d stanza can be much
easier overridden by users. Therefore split the modprobe.d
content into per-stanza files, with the exception of a few
statements that obviously belong together (e.g. 50-blacklist-fb.conf).

Architecture-specific settings are still possible by putting arch-
specific conf files in the respective subdirectories of modprobe.d.
CAUTION: There should be no basename clashes.

Drop a lot of blacklist entries for old modules that we don't ship
any more. Also drop 00-system-937216.conf.
This driver was blacklisted because it conflicted with dvb-bt88,
which we don't ship any more.
