Thanks for aggregating these data. We are using the file
https://github.com/openZH/covid_19/blob/master/COVID19_Cases_Cantons_CH_total.csv
to feed data into neherlab.org/covid19/

However, it seems the file we are using is not in sync with the files in

https://github.com/openZH/covid_19/tree/master/fallzahlen_kanton_total_csv

please advise as to files we should be using and what is kept up-to-date.

Our parser is here:
https://github.com/neherlab/covid19_scenarios_data/blob/master/parsers/switzerland.py

I think @tlorusso is currently working on creating the CH dataset from the individual canton datasets automatically upon every change in one of the canton datasets.

Currently people probably update the canton dataset more often (my 5 cents).

@rneher we're working on it! We want to automatically generate a Swiss-file whenever a csv for a single canton is updated. I'll let you know as soon as we've news in this regard.

The new (hopefully) automated merged file is available here:

https://github.com/openZH/covid_19/blob/master/COVID19_Fallzahlen_CH_total.csv
