Where does the requirement to conform to Google Reserve come from? Curious as we haven't been routinely checking other data requirements against their spec.

That said, we don't currently require address country so we should do that.

Good question, there's an assumption that we want to be able to provide data that's at least good enough quality for Google as they are a large data consumer who have put lots R&D resource into what they're doing.
