Existing open parcel resources

• Federal parcels
• OKFdn has a list of US cities with open parcel data: http://us-city.census.okfn.org/dataset/parcels

Checked but not very promising:

• Fairview Industries has a map of parcel data but iandees reports on 2015/03/09 that many of the URLs 404
• The GIS Inventory System from the National States Geographic Information Council has coverage of hundreds of areas

Potential parcel exploration workflows

1. Pull all sources with geometry type Polygon (leave out Polygon 2.5D for now)
2. Skim through fields and file names for indications they aren't parcel data (unless trend suggests most aren't)
