Simulation of strawberry shoot growth from final MTG according to phyllochrone

I add thermaltime, strawberry_visitor 2d and 3d with time , tranversal_turtle_time and plot_scene function in simulation notebook.

Thanks with visualization, I see some problems in time apparition and improvements to consider:

• buds not appears as same time of leaves,
  ==> need to see how to make buds appears in same times leaf elements
• currently there are not delay for branch crown, it should be integrate
• for inflorescence, it should be integrate a timing of apparition flowers by inflorescences
• perhaps integrate a record by time step to compare simulation with temporal architectural data in order to see if the simulation is aggree
