Description

The monitoring error is output in CoreSystem debug log during starting OpenAM.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable Monitoring Status(default)
  2. Restart OpenAM

Expected Results

No error occurs.

Actual Results

The monitoring error occurs.

ERROR: ConfigMonitoring.configureMonitoring: getMonServiceAttrs returns -1, monitoring disabled
