  • Enable/Disable docking functionality (given that the window manager support a systray)
  • Enable/Disable "x close to systray"

Add notification dialog: "Openambit is still running, but has been minimized to the systray" with an "Do not show this message again" option.

This addresses a review comment on #62 about the `udev` dependency in
the face of portability. The original `udev` implementation has been
kept for the time being so we can evaluate what is best. The default
build will use the HID API version.

The devpath/syspath API was arguably a `udev` thing. The pathname
API is independent of whatever detection scheme is employed.

A user option "Continue running in background when Openambit main window is closed" is implemented. That is sufficient for now!
