Create a single production file containing all plugins. Call it something like annotator-full.min.js for getting started quickly.

rake package now generates annotator-full.min.js with everything. Closed by d7c99b8

Also added individual zip files to the https://github.com/okfn/annotator/downloads page so that users can just download the files that they need rather than the whole repository that comes with the tagged releases.
