Functions for changing the I2C speed are not required any more.
Does not serve any real purpose.
OpenSans fonts were reconverted for U8g2.
Implemented an automatic display variant detection, which first probes the I2C for the SSD1306 and JHD12864-G98 displays, and falls back to the JHD12864-G156 SPI display if neither are found. Switched to a U8g2 fork, which includes a patch for the JHD displays.
