Data Models

A Repository of community developed openBIS data models.

This repository can be used for sharing openBIS data models.

Data models should be provided as a folder containing:

1. Main Folder with a descriptive name for the model.
2. A single openBIS masterdata Excel file.
3. A folder containing any scripts referenced on the Excel file.
4. A readme file with any documentation needed, at least a short description.

Example:

    - My data model
        master-data.xls
        README.md
        - scripts
            script-01.py
            script-02.py
