Updates to CASA 4.3-4.4 container-building code, similar to recent 3.4-4.2 updates. Includes adding analysisUtils package, and now builds off of a locally saved centos6 container for long-term stability. Also included in this pull request are the code bases to build the centos5 and centos6 base containers and save them to harbor (centos5 for casa 3.4-4.2 and centos6 for casa4.3-4.4).
