Menu error

In admin controller menu is

and in menu .tpl is

small in line 11

?? I updated to the latest master version and on top of menu in small visible link, but without "a" tag. Or is missing tag or there must be user group name, but is missing.

Ah OK yes the a tag is missing - this section is being changed to the admin profile so is work in progress.
