Themes from ThemeForest for last version

Hi,

I like to work with themes to the latest version. In ThemeForest found some themes that are perfect for my use, but are for versions up to 1.6.5.4 and would like a hint about what usually changes to make compatible themes.

I ask because I like to specialize in PHP and be part of OpenCart OpenCart Developer community also.
