when we save the seo keyword we must write manually about " - " or " / " ?

because when i use for category name seo keyword "computers mobiles " in the link i see "computers%20mobiles" php explode code need to add maybe to make words seperate automaticly and no need to use everytime manually " - "

We must nothing.
A good script should recognize such spaces, etc. and replace them automatically with the correct calue (e.g. _ or - which one you like more).
If the script cannot handle those, then you 'can' write "_" or "-" or "anything_else" manually.

yes you are right , if the script can not make automaticly then we need to write automaticly ourself everytime even many scripts use automaticly product name as a keyword name and explode it automaticly but only if admin want to use another keyword then also make manually but for opencart when we add product everytime we must write tags and seo keyword manually , it could be better to reconize from product or category name .

I agree, would be nice to get an automated SEO and a separate module for SEO admin. BTW i don't know if there is some validation of unique SEO key.

Not as standard.
But there are many good extensions which can handle all aspects of SEO-Urls.
