after upgrading my store settings are empty for non default stores

upgraded from 2.0.0.0 tot 2.0.1.1, followed the instructions by going to default store settings and hit save. Tried to do the same for additional stores but while the stores show up in the list under System->settings, editing them shows empty forms.
