or Get published in 1.5.5.1 ?

My case is can not install any language files,As long as the installation language file will appear Notice: Error: Could not load language zh-TW! In htdocs/upload/system/library/language.php on line 37 error messages.

May I ask in the end how to fix this error?

My version is OpenCart 1.5.5.1

what is the link to your language pack. my guy just tested with german and it worked fine.
