Cache Problems

Hello all,

I got some opencart cache problems, my website is very slow around 5-6 seconds load time for each page. I set my cache time in cache.php to 0 instead of 3600 i was told that i could set the opencart cache off that way and it will help me.

I also get some error's does anyone know what to do with this?
