Several usability improvements requested are:

add examples and autocomplete functionality in welcome page, show "not results found" and convert IDs to upper case
make About section configurable to allow the 'menu' or 'button toolbar' mode
add a tooltip to "Phenotypes"
add clear to "Consequence Types"
add ability to search for coordinates on the welcome page
add Popular section to biotype dropdown
