Deprecate species parameter from Individual data model

Species parameter in the individual data model is really similar to the Organism parameter present in the project data model. In fact, since the organism was added to the project data model, the species parameter lacks of interest since, obviously, all the individuals created within a project should be of the same organism (or species) defined at the project level.

For this reason, the species parameter will be deprecated and will be deleted as an input parameter from the corresponding webservices and command lines.
